Welcome to Tropical Fun! This is a 5 bedroom 4 and a half bath 3-story townhouse that is a football field away from the beach. Beautifully decorated and very beachy, this townhouse is 2500 sq. feet.

If you are coming to the beach and need lots of room, Tropical Fun is for you. We offer a one car garage, plenty of parking for cars, trucks or trailers for your motorcycles. There is a brand new public parking lot at the beach access.

As you enter Tropical Fun on the first level, you find a beautifully decorated master bedroom with king size bed and private bath with a shower. There is a small fridge, sink, stove and microwave in the room. Laundry facilities are also on the first floor.

As you walk up the stairs to the second level, there are many old photographs of Panama City Beach for you to enjoy. On this level, you have a very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. It is wide open so everyone can enjoy the party even while you are cooking. There is a half bath off of the kitchen and another master bedroom with a king bed and a bath with shower. The couch in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa.

There is an elevator for your convenience as well for groceries or handicap assistance. The house is wired for wifi to work or surf the net. Every bedroom has a 19” flat screen TV and the living room has a 32” flat screen and DVD player.

The third level has a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, and the other bedroom has a set of twins. There is a full bath in the hall with tub and shower. The master on the third level has a large tub, separate shower and 2 vanities. It also has a king bed in there.

This townhouse sleeps 13 comfortably. Save your money and walk to the beach.

The pool is shared with another 5 bedroom townhouse. If you need lots of bedrooms for family reunions, softball games, motorcycle rallies, Tropical Fun is the place to be.

This townhouse is tastefully decorated with bright beachy colors. Orange polka dotted sleeper sofa, fantastic artwork and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The washer and dryer are large capacity and hold 16 pairs of jeans. We provide beach towels for your use. There are plenty of linens and towels for you and your family.

If you are coming to Panama City Beach to Thunder Beach or other rallies, don't forget Tropical Fun can hold 6-8 motorcycles in the garage. We have ample parking for your truck and trailers.
